Job summary

Cpl Group is seeking a Technical Security Architect lead to define and govern Target Cyber Recovery Architecture within a broader cyber resilience programme. You will review designs, challenge assumptions, and ensure cohesion across recovery streams, technologies, and suppliers.

Key responsibilities include architecture assurance, readiness reviews, and alignment with RTOs/RPOs, with a focus on IAM, AD, MFA, PAM and VMware-based infrastructure. Experience in DR/OPR is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Experience designing and governing Cyber Recovery, Disaster Recovery, or Operational Resilience programmes.
Strong understanding of IAM, AD, MFA, PAM and recovery authentication models.

Responsibilities

Guide recovery architecture and assurance across cyber recovery, backup vaults, and DR runbooks.
Review designs from internal teams and third parties for alignment with recovery objectives.
Identify risks, dependencies, and single points of failure in recovery capabilities.
Support procurement, evaluations, and supplier selections for recovery technologies.
Participate in Design Authority and governance forums for recovery architecture.
