Job summary

Archer Recruitment is seeking a Cyber Security Operations Analyst to join a growing Information Security function in Ireland. This hands-on role focuses on SIEM administration, security monitoring, threat detection and incident response across critical public sector data.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in CyberSecurity / IT Infrastructure / ICT Support with a strong security focus.
• Practical experience using SIEM platforms in an operational environment.
• Exposure to SIEM/SOC deployment, administration, tuning, or ongoing optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor SIEM platforms and security alerts.
• Investigate potential threats and support incident response.
• Contribute to improvement of detection rules and monitoring processes.
• Engage with vulnerability management, cloud security, and governance initiatives.
