A leading fintech company in Cork is seeking Customer Support Specialists to help resolve customer queries through phone, email, and chat. In this role, you will need strong English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and tech-savviness. The position offers a salary of €28,500 plus bonuses and various benefits including medical insurance contributions and a supportive work environment.
Location: Onsite (Cork HQ, Mahon)

Shifts: shift rotation between 8am - 10pm (Monday to Sunday) - working 5 days per week
