Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Sales / Revenue / CS Operations Expert for a remote contractor role. You will optimize CRM workflows, data accuracy, and revenue reporting across SaaS environments, partnering with sales and customer success teams.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in Sales, Revenue, or CS Operations, hands-on CRM configuration (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), and experience with two revenue-related tools outside the CRM. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
