One of our companies is currently looking for a Customer Success Manager - EMEA in Ireland.

This role is key to driving customer satisfaction and long-term value across a growing EMEA customer base. As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll guide clients from onboarding through to adoption, expansion, and renewal, becoming a strategic advisor on how to get the most out of the platform. You’ll work closely with customers to identify automation opportunities and champion their success across teams beyond the initial use case. With strong cross-functional collaboration skills, you’ll help shape the product through customer feedback and enable deep customer relationships that lead to sustained growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead customers through onboarding and ensure successful implementation of their use cases.
  • Drive product adoption and support expansion into new teams and departments.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align customer priorities with product capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support, Engineering) to ensure customer success.
  • Translate technical requirements and feedback into actionable insights for product development.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to customer success, developing tailored retention strategies.
  • Manage renewal processes and advocate for long-term customer value.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in customer success, technical account management, or a related post-sales role in SaaS.
  • Background in working with technical teams such as cybersecurity, IT, or DevOps.
  • Strong ability to ask the right questions, uncover opportunities, and influence stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with APIs and an understanding of how integrations work.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience managing a customer book of business and driving both renewals and expansions.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences.
