About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the UK & EMEA region, you’ll be a key partner for our mobile app software clients, helping them leverage the full value of RD Mobile’s products and services. As a trusted advisor, you’ll guide customers through every stage of their journey — from onboarding and adoption to engagement and long-term success. In this role, you’ll build strong, collaborative relationships, offer expert product guidance, and work closely with teams across the business to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Note: This position offers 100% remote work from within Ireland, with only occasional travel as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Support

  • Serve as the primary contact for UK & EMEA clients, delivering a seamless customer experience.
  • Develop expertise in RD Mobile’s products, integrations, and third-party tools.
  • Manage support escalations in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Drive customer adoption, retention, and growth through proactive engagement.
  • Refer upsell, satisfaction, and training opportunities to Account Management.
  • Educate clients on product features, including app, the back office, web integrations, and available resources.

Onboarding, Training & Enablement

  • Lead onboarding to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Deliver training, webinars, and office hours tailored to UK/EMEA audiences.
  • Stay informed on case studies, best practices, and regional use cases.
  • Occasional travel within Ireland, the UK, and Europe, to provide in-person support at customer events or to support RD Mobile’s participation at conferences and other industry events, may be required.

Strategic Insights & Product Feedback

  • Advocate for client needs by sharing insights with Product Development.
  • Support QA testing and collaborate with Product Development to improve functionality.
  • Assist Sales with demos and regional knowledge.

Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement

  • Represent RD Mobile at industry events and conferences.
  • Host webinars, workshops, and roundtables for clients and prospects.
