We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our team!

Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Pay Scale: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour + Spiffs

Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday

What you will be doing
  • Customer service!
  • Answering inbound calls, qualifying customer\'s needs, and prioritizing accordingly
  • Scheduling calls for service technicians and plumbers
  • Scheduling annual maintenance with customers
  • Following up with customers on service recommendations given by the service tech after a schedule appointment.
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Skills
  • 2 years related experience in customer service in an office, call center, or retail setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Multiline phone experience
  • Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • CRM / ERP Customer Database management experience
