Unlin Insulation (Navan) is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to complete all tasks efficiently and to a high standard to ensure the best customer service to all our customers. #insulationUK

Job: Customer Service Representative

Reporting To: Customer Service Team Manager

Responsibilities: Complete all tasks efficiently and to a high standard to ensure the Customer Service Function runs smoothly.

Key Tasks and Duties:

  • Work within the ethos and standards of the company.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails into the Customer Service Department and respond professionally.
  • Manage all Order Fulfillment processes for all markets served by the department.
  • Perform final checks when creating customer orders & invoices.
  • Manage Proof of Deliveries & customer returns and complaints.
  • Provide administrative support to the Customer Service Department.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service standards.
  • Undertake training in all aspects of the department and support other functions as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date training within the department.
  • Participate in 1:1 development and team meetings.
  • Produce daily and end-of-month reports as required.
  • Question anomalies and use initiative to improve processes.
  • Train on applicable company software.
  • Maintain efficient office administration procedures.
  • Undertake any other tasks as requested by management.
  • Flexible working hours are required to meet company needs.
