JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative
POSITION SUMMARY:
Coordinates all aspects of wine order coordination as a member of the team in support of the warehouse and DTC customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates daily flow of order processing including AMS order entry, pick slip prints and ship confirmations.
  • Promptly respond to daily e-mails and phone calls from customers.
  • Provide consistent excellence in customer service to contacts
  • Work with warehouse staff to ensure all order deadlines and accuracy guidelines are met.
  • Work with trucking companies to schedule order pick up
  • Assist in billing transaction entry and customer response to billing inquiries
  • Assist in processing proper export documentation for international orders
  • Manage file imports and excel club files for DTC data and order flow

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:
Related customer service or order management experience - preferred.
Order processing or wine-related experience - preferred.

Skills/Abilities:

  • Exceptional customer service skills with strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
  • High standards as well as excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to work with all members of a dynamic team of high energy professionals as well as versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills as well as the demonstrated ability to calculate figures and amounts is required.
  • Proven business acumen skills.
  • The ability to manage priorities and workflow, have good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions with minimal supervision and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.

Computer Skills:

  • AMS or other related system experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office with Excel skills required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
