Overview

Customer Service Officer · Location: Cavan, SA 5094 · Pay Rate: $32 - $33 per hour · Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm

Responsibilities

• Process component orders with accurate data entry and code matching
• Ensure same-day turnaround for all orders
• Escalate urgent orders promptly and appropriately
• Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Apply product knowledge to customer-specific processes

About You

• Proven experience in customer service or administration
• Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry accuracy
• Confident communicator, skilled in phone and email management
