As a key member of the customer service team, you will be the first point of contact for clients—providing exceptional service, handling enquiries, processing orders, and supporting the sales and design teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer experience from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in-person

  • Process sales orders and update customer records in the system

  • Liaise with internal departments (sales, design, warehouse, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery and service

  • Provide after-sales support and manage any customer issues or complaints with a solutions-focused approach

  • Maintain product knowledge to assist clients with queries or product recommendations

  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing project timelines where needed

  • Support general office administration and customer service operations as required


Requirements


  • Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or administrative role (experience in interiors or design is a plus)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
