Qualifications

  • BA in Business, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or similar.
  • 3-5 years’+ experience gained in a similar position within a busy office environment.
  • Good MS Office skills including Excel.
  • Have a flexible approach, a friendly disposition and the ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Customer sales order requirements.
  • Work closely with Production and Logistics team to ensure customer orders are meeting on time delivery requirements.
  • Prepare Customer business reviews to ensure site performance keeps on track with targets.
  • Work closely with a third-party freight partner to manage supply to point of use.
  • Lead any customer escalations with Production, Engineering, and Quality to issue resolution.
  • Manage daily operational reviews.
