We're looking for Customer Journey & Operations Support Agents to join our team and play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience across our online, in-store, and warehouse channels.

This is a diverse role that combines customer care, order and returns management, and behind-the-scenes operational support. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with people, and keeping things organised, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Customer Care: Be the friendly, first point of contact for customers via phone, email, live chat, and social media. Provide advice, resolve issues, and ensure every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare online orders for dispatch, ensuring everything is correct and ready for customers.
  • >Returns & Exchanges: Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently, update systems, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
  • Operational Support: Assist with stock checks, replenishment, warehouse organisation, and shop transfers to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
  • Social Media Engagement: Respond to customer queries on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
What We're Looking For
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail with great organisational skills.
  • Clear and confident communicator (both written and spoken English).
  • Ability to work independently while being a reliable team player.
  • Initiative to solve problems and keep things moving.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or operations is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
