Job summary

Daybreak Ireland is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our store team in Ireland. You will greet customers, answer queries with enthusiasm, and ensure a positive shopping experience for every visitor.

This part-time role requires strong customer service, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work as part of a friendly team in a busy retail environment. Training will cover store policies and product knowledge to grow your confidence on the floor.

Qualifications

• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service experience is desirable but not essential, you will get on the job training.

Responsibilities

• Show a positive attitude and take responsibility for ensuring customers receive an excellent shopping experience;
• Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally, and consistent with store policy
• Merchandise shelves, ensuring that all areas of the store are presented to the highest standard
