Job summary

Centra is seeking a Sales Assistant in Ballina to ensure every customer leaves satisfied, delivering expert knowledge and friendly service. You will engage with shoppers, maintain high store standards and uphold Centra’s brand values of pride, energy, imagination and community.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to prioritise customer needs, and a flexible approach with morning/evening shifts and some weekend cover. Training will start in early December.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs.
• Strong attention to detail, organised and flexible.
• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer driven.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
