Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant on a standard 30 hour contract. You will engage with customers, stock shelves, handle tills, and maintain store standards. The role requires flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing role preferred but not essential.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons and possibly evenings.
• Must be 18+ to sell alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Assist in stock replenishment and stock loss controls.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Operate tills and support in reducing queue times.
