Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant to help deliver a fantastic customer journey across our stores. This is a standard 30 hour contract with pay around €460+ per week, and you will work across Morning, Middle, and Late shifts to support store operations.

You will interact with customers, maintain store cleanliness, manage stock, and support tills. Applicants must be 18+ to sell alcohol; Lidl offers a competitive benefits package and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interacting with the customer in a pleasant, friendly and helpful manner
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following freshness and rotation principles
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly
• Assisting in the stock count process
