Job summary

Centra is seeking a Sales Assistant at Hegarty's Centra Claremorris to ensure customer satisfaction and provide expert knowledge to shoppers. The role requires excellent communication, prioritising customer needs and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include welcoming customers, answering queries, merchandising shelves and supporting new store initiatives. Availability across school terms, day, evening and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
