Currys plc is hiring a Customer Delivery Assistant in Dublin to deliver the latest tech to customers’ homes and assist with in-home installations. You’ll join a team focused on friendly service, training opportunities, and career growth in a dynamic retail environment.

This permanent, full-time role offers a 41-hour week with a 5-on/2-off shift pattern, a salary around €31,000, and benefits including pension, product discounts, and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and passion for helping customers.
• Ideally hold a valid car driving licence and delivery experience.
• Ability to handle heavy stock.

Responsibilities

• Assist with multi-drop deliveries alongside driver, lifting heavy items.
• Ensure each customer encounter is positive and helpful.
• Install a range of products in customers’ homes.

• Completing a multi-drop role alongside one of our delivery drivers, lifting & handling some heavy items
• Making every customer encounter amazing
