Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team on a 30-hour contract. You will work across different shift times, interact with customers, assist on tills, and help keep the store clean and well stocked.

Qualifications

• A can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
• Must be 18+ to work in our store to sell alcohol.
• Experience in customer-facing role is welcome but not essential.
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers in a pleasant, friendly, and helpful manner.
• Ensuring stock loss controls are followed in all areas of the store.
• Maintaining store and external cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Following freshness and rotation principles.
• Ensuring all waste is managed correctly.
• Assisting in the stock count process.
