Job summary

McDonald's Ireland is hiring a Customer Care Assistant to be the face of our restaurant. You’ll interact with customers, welcome children, help with events, and ensure cleanliness in dining areas and toilets while maintaining a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Excellent communication and a friendly, energetic attitude are essential to connect with customers and support the manager in maintaining high customer satisfaction and a smooth service flow.

The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
