McDonald's Ireland is inviting applications for Crew Members to join our fast-paced, customer-focused team. You will help with food preparation, tills, and dining-area service while upholding high standards of cleanliness and safety across shifts.

Responsibilities

• As a Crew Member, you'll be preparing food, serving on the till, and assisting in dining areas to meet customers' needs.
• Deliver consistently high standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Provide friendly, fast and accurate service to customers.
• Complete tasks in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Treat customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect as part of a supportive team.

Job description

To meet the criteria for this role, you will be required to be available to work within Weekdays and Weekends, working shifts across Early Mornings, Afternoons, Evenings & Overnights . Please only apply if you are able to meet these requirements.

Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
