Lidl Ireland is hiring a Customer Assistant to support our store team and deliver a great shopping experience at Lidl. This 30-hour contract offers a clear progression path and a competitive hourly rate with progression after years of service.

You’ll be on varied shifts, greet customers, handle tills, stock shelves, maintain cleanliness and comply with freshness and safety standards while upholding Lidl values.

Qualifications

• It is required that you are 18 or over to work in the store.
• You should have a can-do attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and reliability are essential for a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Handling tills and assisting customers at the point of sale.
• Stocking shelves and keeping the store clean and presentable.
• Maintaining stock accuracy and following freshness and rotation principles.
• Assisting with stock counts and general store duties.
