Job summary

Bidvest Noonan is recruiting friendly, customer-focused individuals for a temporary role at the Pavilions Shopping Centre in Swords, Ireland. You will help visitors with wayfinding, direct customers during lift maintenance, and assist with navigating stores and facilities throughout the five-week project.

Ideal candidates communicate well, stay professional in a busy public setting, and are reliable and punctual with flexible hours. Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the shopping centre.

• Respond to general customer queries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Monitor designated areas to ensure customers can navigate the centre safely and efficiently.
• Escalate any customer concerns or issues to centre management when necessary.

Pay rate per hour: €14.15 | 20-40 hours

Hours:

• Mon, Tue, Wed, Sat & Sun: 9:00am to 6:00pm
• Thu & Fri: 9:00am to 9:00pm

About the Role
