You’ll be leading from the front, from site set-up through to demob. You’ll make sure the schedule’s tight, the safety’s tighter, and the quality’s what it needs to be. If something’s not up to scratch, you’ll spot it before the clipboard brigade do. Because that’s how you work.

You’ll get the support of a solid PM, a proactive safety team, and people who understand that shouting doesn’t make concrete set any faster.
