Job summary

AllSite Staffing in Ireland is seeking an experienced CSA Estimator to join our well-established engineering and construction client in Arklow. You will work within the commercial team to deliver tender cost estimates for structural and CSA projects and support cost management.

The role offers hybrid working, engaging on industrial, energy and infrastructure tenders, with opportunities to develop your career while liaising with project managers, engineers, clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

A Civil/Structural Engineering degree is required.
Experience in estimating or CSA commercial roles.
Strong understanding of structural/construction methodologies.

Responsibilities

Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for Structural and CSA projects.
Reviewing drawings, specifications and project documentation.
Carrying out quantity take-offs and preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
Assessing subcontractor and supplier quotations.
Supporting procurement and commercial evaluations.
Liaising with project managers, engineers, clients and subcontractors.
Identifying commercial risks and opportunities during tender stages.
Monitoring project costs and supporting cost control initiatives.
Assisting with contract administration and project reporting.
