Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Critical Services Technician in Ireland. The role focuses on resolving day-to-day work orders, maintaining essential client environments, and ensuring timely completion.

On onboarding, you’ll qualify as an Authorized Person (AP) and participate in safety and critical services training. You'll manage logs, coordinate with contractors, and help maintain safety and security standards while supporting the shift team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to maintain documentation and logs accurately.
• Proficient in coordinating with teams and clients.
• Comfort with following defined procedures and reporting results.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and act as an appointed AP within 6 months from onboarding.
• Maintain an up-to-date log of work completed and outstanding items.
• Ensure contractor and staff comply with safety and security requirements.
• Participate in critical services training program.
• Communicate effectively with client and management teams.
• Work as part of a team to resolve operational problems.
• Provide holiday, training and sickness cover for shift members.
• Track and complete Critical Services Planned Preventative Maintenance.
• Log and action all out-of-line situations with incident reports.
• Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under supervision.
