Job summary

McDonald's Bray is looking for Crew Members to join a fast-moving, high-energy team. You will help prepare food, serve customers at the till, and keep dining areas clean and welcoming. A genuine smile, enthusiasm and energy are essential to connect with customers and make them feel valued.

You will work as part of a supportive team, following training and company guidelines to ensure high standards of quality, service and safety across our restaurant.

Effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact are a must. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential.
