• Performance reporting experience in a banking, lending or data-led regulated environment.
• Strong storytelling with implications, recommendations and next steps, not just figures.
• Credit knowledge including portfolio monitoring and customer outcomes impact.
• Tableau for dashboards and visualisations across audiences.
• Analytical judgement to identify root causes and distinguish movement from noise.
• Influence and collaboration across teams to land clear decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly performance reporting for Credit Risk stakeholders.
• Create the narrative linking trends to outcomes and actions.
• Deliver actionable insight by pursuing deeper analysis and clear recommendations.
• Shape senior conversations with concise governance updates.
• Improve reporting by reducing duplication and strengthening controls.
