Job summary

OLIVER in Dublin, part of The Brandtech Group, seeks a Project Manager to own the delivery of a varied portfolio of creative projects—print, digital, social and POS. You will report to the Head of Studio and Client Lead, working autonomously across client management, planning and production coordination within a collaborative team.

The role requires strong multi-project handling, budget awareness, and solid communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing creative projects across print, digital, social and POS.
• Strong client-facing skills with ability to build trust and influence decisions.
• Confident managing multiple projects and staying organized under pressure.
• Experience with budgeting, cost estimation, PO management and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated creative projects from kick-off to delivery on time and to brief.
• Plan timelines, milestones, and allocate resources from start to finish.
• Maintain clear client communication and build trusted relationships.
• Monitor risks, scope changes and budget implications and report promptly.
