Job summary

PGIM Ireland is seeking a strong, energetic Creative Director to lead our Ireland-based creative team in a fast-paced in-house design environment. The role focuses on delivering innovative B2B and B2C solutions with compelling, powerful copy and a sophisticated aesthetic across digital and print media.

You will collaborate with Strategy, Editors, and US-based Creative Directors to refine assets, stay current with industry trends, and drive business results through award-winning creative work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia/Motion Graphics/3D or related discipline from an accredited college or university required.
  • 10+ years of design and/or creative experience, with a focus on leading high-performing creative teams.
  • Ability to proactively identify new and more efficient ways of working.
  • Strong problem solving skills and communication skills: excellent verbal and writing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Be fully accountable and responsible for the creative output of the Ireland-based creative team.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Editors, and US-based Creative Directors to conceptualize, design and refine Marketing assets including digital, email, print, data visualization and video/animation.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and new technologies.
  • Take and implement feedback to grow as a creative leader.
  • Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, applying learnings from past programs to ongoing work.
  • Leverage industry best practices for creation of materials.
  • Be a Prudential Brand Ambassador.
  • Bring a positive, can-do attitude to the role.
  • Share accountability for the success of the work product as measured by program KPIs.

We’re looking for a strong, smart, energetic, conceptual Creative Director who is capable of leading a creative team that will be responsible for handling multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced in-house design environment. The Creative Director will be responsible for creating innovative solutions for B2B and B2C markets. The ideal candidate will have a design background, but an eye for compelling, powerful copy.This candidate must possess a sophisticated aesthetic sense that works across multiple digital and print media, a dedication to innovation and a love for the convergence of design and technology. Our ideal candidate will have a portfolio of work that combines strong concepts and usability with an engaging storytelling experience. This candidate will lead a wide variety of projects. There must be a focus on bringing our Business Partners’ sales and marketing goals to life in the most engaging ways possible to help drive business results.The USB Creative Team is a highly collaborative environment where fast, great work is a mandatory. We a looking for a Creative Director who wants to have a real impact. A Creative Director who is relentless about asking questions and eager to work with client and pitch and defend the work.
