Job summary

Life Science Consultants is seeking a CQV Engineer focused on Grey Utilities (HVAC, water systems, compressed air, steam) for a multinational biotech project in Limerick, Ireland. You will lead commissioning, qualification and validation activities to enable startup and commissioning of essential utility systems.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree and at least 5 years in CQV/validation, strong knowledge of URS, FAT, SAT, DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, and solid experience with P&ID review and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in CQV/validation roles, specifically for grey utility systems.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC, water systems, compressed air, steam, chilled water, and cooling towers.
Strong track record preparing and executing CQV documents: URS, FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
Familiarity with P&ID review, installation documentation, and system validation protocols.

Responsibilities

Execute commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for vital grey utility systems (HVAC, water, steam).
Ensure systems meet regulatory standards and cGMP requirements.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors and contractors for project delivery.
