Job summary

Life Science Consultants is seeking a CQV Engineer focused on Grey Utilities (HVAC, water systems, compressed air, steam) for a multinational biotech project in Limerick, Ireland. You will lead commissioning, qualification and validation activities to enable startup and commissioning of essential utility systems.

The role requires a relevant engineering degree and at least 5 years in CQV/validation, strong knowledge of URS, FAT, SAT, DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, and solid experience with P&ID review and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in CQV/validation roles, specifically for grey utility systems.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, water systems, compressed air, steam, chilled water, and cooling towers.
• Strong track record preparing and executing CQV documents: URS, FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, and PQ.
• Familiarity with P&ID review, installation documentation, and system validation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Execute commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for vital grey utility systems (HVAC, water, steam).
• Ensure systems meet regulatory standards and cGMP requirements.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors and contractors for project delivery.

ABOUT THE PROJECT - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a CQV Engineer focusing on Grey Utilities, you will play a pivotal role in executing commissioning, qualification, and validation activities for vital utility systems such as HVAC, water, compressed air, and steam within a pharmaceutical setting.
• Your expertise will ensure these systems meet stringent regulatory standards, cGMP requirements, and operational needs to support successful project delivery.

ABOUT YOU - ARE YOUR SKILLS A MATCH
