Our employees live in more than 40 countries and participate in conferences and business meetings all over the world. We're looking for an experienced Travel Manager who will be responsible for organizing comfortable international business trips and planning corporate relocations.

This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (except Russia and Belarus).

Tasks

  • Implementation of the company's travel policy;
  • Planning relocations, business trips, and employee meetups;
  • Searching for the most optimal options for domestic and international travel, including purchasing tickets, booking hotels, and organizing transfers worldwide;
  • Helping employees with visas (gathering documents, filling out visa applications, scheduling appointments, etc.);
  • Interacting with travel agencies, taxi services, translation agencies, consulates, etc.;
  • Expenditure control, working with estimates and financial statements, participating in budget formation, market analysis;

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working as a travel coordinator/manager;
  • Ability to work with various booking systems;
  • Experience with visa support;
  • Knowledge of the travel market and its basic principles;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with problem-solving skills;
  • Structured and systematic approach to work, good communication and ability to defend your point of view;
  • Strong soft skills: communication, teamwork, amiability, attention to detail, result-oriented mindset;
  • Fluency in Russian and proficiency in English.
