Candidate requirements:

  • 4-5 years' post qualification experience in Corporate/M&A/Commercial law
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality work
  • Strong knowledge of the Companies Acts and all company law legislation and regulation
  • Sound judgment, positive attitude, and team spirit
  • Ambition to be a key member of a dynamic Corporate and Business law firm

Your responsibilities:

  • Mergers and acquisitions, share and asset sales, investment and shareholders agreements
  • Corporate structuring, inward investment, and commercial contracts
  • Commercial law arrangements including master services agreements, outsourcing, distribution, and agency agreements
