An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Leasing Manager within a leading Motor Group in Ireland to lead and grow the corporate leasing division. This senior role involves overseeing daily operations, managing key client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest levels of service delivery.



The successful candidate will possess excellent commercial acumen and demonstrate a proven ability to manage corporate clients while achieving sales and operational targets. Experience in the Motor Industry or keen interest in this sector is a distinct advantage.

This role combines leadership with hands-on management, focusing both on acquiring new clients and retaining and expanding existing relationships.



This role is based fully onsite in Cork, Ireland.

Responsibilities:

* Lead, motivate, and develop the leasing and administration team.
* Develop and implement strategies to meet revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
* Manage corporate accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
* Oversee fleet management, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
* Monitor operational performance, including sales, maintenance, and customer service KPIs.
* Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Recruit and train staff to maintain high standards of performance and service delivery.
* Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity.
* Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes collaboration and high morale.

Requirements:

* 5+ years’ experience within the leasing or financial services sector.
* QFA or APA qualification is preferred.
* Commercially savvy with strong financial management and budgeting skills.
* Strong knowledge of the motor industry a distinct advantage.
