Job summary

Sodexo Ireland in Little Island, Cork, is seeking a full-time Cook to join our kitchen team. You will assist in meal prep and presentation, maintain high standards of hygiene, and support a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

The role offers 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, starting at 7:00am, with full Sodexo employee benefits including wellbeing support and a pension plan. Prior cooking experience is desirable, but training is provided.

Qualifications

• A genuine interest or passion for cooking and progressing in a kitchen.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks.
• Front-of-house/catering experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• To assist in the preparation and presentation of meals to the required times and standards.
• Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
• Undertake cleaning to the Company’s standard and cleaning rota.
