We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of Building Management System projects from initiation through to commissioning, customer acceptance, and handover. This role combines project leadership, stakeholder management, commercial awareness, technical coordination, and customer engagement to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Lead the delivery of BMS projects across commercial, pharmaceutical, industrial, and data centre environments. Take overall responsibility for project scope, programme, budget, risk management, and customer satisfaction. Manage all phases of project execution from kick-off through design, installation, commissioning, and final handover. Coordinate internal project teams including engineering, software, commissioning, procurement, and installation resources. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project performance and proactively identify, mitigate, and resolve risks, issues, and programme challenges. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project specifications, quality standards, and company processes. Lead project meetings, progress reviews, reporting, and customer communications. Support resource planning and coordinate project activities to ensure successful and timely delivery. Oversee commissioning, witness testing, training, and customer handover activities. Ensure projects achieve financial targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Apply strong project management methodologies to deliver multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system designs, controls strategies, commissioning plans, and customer requirements are effectively managed. Drive project execution through structured planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management processes. Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates to both customers and internal leadership teams. Foster collaboration across engineering, operations, commissioning, and commercial teams. Ensure health, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance remain a priority throughout project delivery. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery performance and customer experience. Promote a customer-focused approach while balancing technical, commercial, and operational requirements.
