CitySwift, world‑leading performance optimisation platform for public transport, seeks a hands-on IT contractor in Galway. You’ll own day-to-day IT, manage a mixed Mac/Windows fleet, and drive systems, documentation and controls to support ISO 27001 Stage 1 & 2 audits.

You’ll implement identity and access across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365/Entra, Slack, and Atlassian, build runbooks, and establish governance for AI tooling while partnering with compliance and external advisers.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT role owning day-to-day IT operations.
• Experience with Mac and Windows device management.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilités

• Own device lifecycle from procurement to secure wipe and handover.
• Administer Mosyle for Mac fleet and Intune/Entra for Windows fleet.
• Design joiner-mover-leaver processes with HiBob and MFA coverage.
• Build asset inventory and runbooks for audits and governance.
• Deliver evidence for ISO 27001 Stage 1 & 2 audits and coordinate tests.
• Support Galway office and remote colleagues across UK/Europe.
