Kraken Pro is seeking a Content Lead to author scripts, craft compelling headlines, and shape weekly email content. You’ll own concepts from brief to final cut, and oversee end-to-end campaign copy across video, social, and email.

You’ll translate the Kraken Pro voice into credible, technical copy that clearly explains funding rates, liquidity, and order types without overselling. Collaborative and fast-paced, this role thrives on market timing.

Qualifications

• Receipts. A portfolio of scripts, campaigns, and emails that performed.
• 4+ years in content, copywriting, or social-first marketing in fintech, crypto, or trading.
• You speak market. Funding rates, order types, liquidity, volatility.
• Range. You know a punchy video hook, a scroll-stopping post, and a high-performing email are different crafts.
• A campaign brain. You can go from brief to concept to execution, and explain why an idea works in two sentences.
• Channel fluency. You know how YouTube, X, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the inbox each reward content, and you write for them, not around them.
• Speed and judgment. Markets don't wait. You know when something can ship now and when it needs a second pair of eyes.
• High AI competency. You use it to move faster and make better work, not just more of it.
• Thick skin. You've made content for traders who are quick to call out anything that feels like marketing.

Responsibilities

• Write scripts for organic and paid video, copy for organic posts, and occasional longer pieces.
• Own the idea from brief to final cut or send button.
• Run campaign copy end to end: headlines, ad copy, landing pages, and emails.
• Translate the Kraken Pro voice into clear, credible copy without sounding salesy.
• Move at market speed by turning around reactive content with clear sign-off for accuracy.
• Partner across Social, Community, Video, Design, Product, and Marketing, plus traders and product experts.
• Increase output with AI while keeping the voice consistent.
• Learn from data: track what gets watched, opened, clicked, and converted to double down on what works.
• Ship responsibly with Legal and Compliance so every publication is accurate and regionally compliant.
