Job summary

DOMINO HR Ireland is expanding its consumer research activities in Dublin and seeks a Consumer Panel Coordinator to build and maintain panels for studies, surveys, interviews, and product testing.

You will identify, recruit and qualify participants, manage communications, and coordinate participation across multiple campaigns while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with research protocols.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit consumers matching specific research criteria
• Contact potential participants by phone, email and online channels
• Conduct screening and qualification calls
• Build and maintain a database of research participants
• Recruit respondents for surveys, interviews, focus groups and consumer studies
• Schedule participants and coordinate their involvement in research projects
• Follow up with participants before and after studies; maintain accurate participant information
• Monitor response and participation rates
• Develop new channels and approaches to grow the consumer panel
• Work closely with Market Research teams to understand the target audience required for each study
• Support the administration of participant incentives where required
