Crowe Ireland’s 2027 Consulting Graduate Programme welcomes ambitious graduates to kickstart their career in accounting and advisory services. You will gain hands-on experience across diverse industries, with mentoring and a clear path to qualification.

You’ll work on risk management, internal audits, strategic planning and change management, with a focus on building client relationships and delivering tangible value.

Qualifications

• 2:2 or higher in undergraduate degree
• Recent graduates or graduating in 2027
• Right to work in the Republic of Ireland
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

• Dive into diverse projects across sectors; no two days are the same.
• Data detective: analyze client data, spot trends and provide insights.
• Build business insights and relationships with clients beyond numbers.
• Draft high-quality consulting reports with practical recommendations.
• Collaborate across disciplines (tax, corporate finance, company secretarial) to deliver services.
• Keep Partners informed; report progress and flag significant issues.
• Deliver work that meets high quality standards within deadlines and budgets.
