Northern Trust is seeking an HR Data & Reporting Consultant to join the HR Technology Capabilities team and advance analytics across the global HR function.
You will partner with HR COEs to deliver Workday reporting solutions, develop BI reports, and drive a data-driven culture, while guiding junior report writers and ensuring data confidentiality.

As a member of the team, you will play an important role in helping our HR department address the people-related data and analytical needs of internal clients across the globe.
Supporting the team as a Consultant for Workday reporting, you will be pivotal to the digital transformation of our HR function to develop business intelligence products and reports to enable HR processes and drive human capital decisions. You will be working with different HR COEs to develop reporting solutions across all functional areas of HR, such as compensation, time, talent, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of HR’s digital transformation and pioneer a team of report writers and data scientists to drive a data culture.
