Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Consultant in Project/Program Management to lead end-to-end planning, execution, governance and delivery of consulting engagements across the Modern Workplace portfolio in EMEA. You will collaborate with customer executives, technical consultants, and presales teams to drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading delivery, managing budgets and risks, coordinating multi-workstream teams, and supporting pre-sales activities to grow the practice.

Qualifications

• PMP or equivalent certification with proven customer-facing delivery management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream IT Professional Services engagements — including planning, execution, financial management, risk management and stakeholder communication.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills to influence senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Modern Workplace tech domains such as Nexthink, Microsoft 365/Entra/Intune, ServiceNow, Windows 11 or Workplace AI; understanding of ITSM processes and EUC environments.
• 12+ years with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with a Master's; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.

What You'll Achieve

As a Consultant in Services Project/Program Management, you will lead the end-to-end planning, execution, governance, and delivery of consulting engagements across Dell's Modern Workplace portfolio — spanning Digital Employee Experience, End User Computing & Productivity, Digital Services Management, and Workplace AI. You will:

• Lead delivery of consulting engagements — managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk across portfolio pillars including Nexthink DEXOps, Microsoft 365 & Copilot, ServiceNow, and Workplace AI solutions. Establish governance frameworks including escalation paths, RACI models, and communication cadences.
• Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for customer sponsors and stakeholders — facilitating executive workshops, steering committees, and governance forums while proactively managing customer expectations on scope, timelines, risks, and trade-offs.
• Orchestrate cross-functional consultant teams including DEX, M365, ServiceNow, and Workplace AI specialists — coordinating multi-workstream programs, managing interdependencies, and ensuring smooth transitions between project phases and into ongoing subscription or residency-based services.
• Manage project financials and documentation — including revenue forecasting, effort tracking, margin management, SOW development, change control, and risk/issue management, all maintained to Dell Professional Services quality standards.
• Drive practice growth — supporting pre-sales activities such as effort estimation and solution scoping, identifying cross-sell opportunities across the Modern Workplace portfolio during delivery, contributing to methodology development, and mentoring junior project managers.

Essential Requirements

• PMP or equivalent project management certification with proven customer-facing delivery management experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-workstream IT Professional Services consulting engagements — including planning, execution, financial management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with one or more Modern Workplace technology domains such as Nexthink, Microsoft 365/Entra/Intune, ServiceNow, Windows 11, or Workplace AI, along with an understanding of ITSM processes and EUC environments.
• 12+ years with a Bachelor's degree; or 8+ years with a Master's; or 5+ years with a PhD; or equivalent experience.

Desirable Requirements

• Experience delivering DEX, Microsoft 365, Windows 11 migration, ServiceNow, or Workplace AI projects within a Modern Workplace or Digital Workplace consulting practice; experience with Adoption & Change Management or managed deployment engagements.
• PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (CSM, PMI-ACP), or ITIL certifications; experience managing globally distributed delivery teams and familiarity with flagship offer or productized service delivery models.
