Overview

We are looking for Consultant Radiologists to work in a University Hospital in Ireland. The successful candidate will participate in a broad spectrum of imaging undertaken by the Consultant Radiologists in a busy acute hospital, including CT, MRI, Ultrasound and X-Ray. There are opportunities to focus on the sub-speciality interests of Breast Radiology and Interventional Radiology. The successful candidate will work closely with colleagues across the hospital campus. Acute on call will be part of the duties on a 1:7 basis, however the hospital currently collaborates with a Tele-Radiology Service Provider who provides On Call Services for the reporting of CT Scans outside of rostered hours, thereby supporting the 24/7 radiology service and enabling a more flexible work/life balance.

• Collaborate with colleagues across the hospital campus.
• On-call duties (1:7) as part of the radiology service; support from a Tele-Radiology Service Provider for reporting CT scans outside of rostered hours to support a 24/7 service.
• Potential to develop sub-specialty interests in Breast Radiology and Interventional Radiology.
