Job summary

The Coombe Hospital in Dublin is seeking a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology to lead clinical services, provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecological care, and contribute to teaching and audits.

The role covers on-call commitments, participation in clinic activities across our sites within the group catchment, and leadership in developing service plans while ensuring patient safety and high quality care.

Responsibilities

• Provision of Obstetric & Gynecological services at The Coombe Hospital
• Education, training and audit in relation to these services
• Participation in development of and undertakings related to the Consultant’s area of competence
• On Call commitment to The Coombe Hospital
• Attend at TCH and other sites within the group catchment to provide diagnostic, treatment or consultation service
• Provide emergency gynecology services on call and operating theatre services
