Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to support supply chain costing and pricing. You will drive accurate product costing, pricing analyses, and financial insights across regions, leveraging SAP data and digital tools to improve transparency and efficiency.

Responsibilities include managing standard costs, BOM-based re-costing, and pricing controls, while coordinating with global and regional teams to uphold standards and drive cost improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain costing roles.
• Professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven proficiency in SAP or similar integrated manufacturing systems.
• Strong data literacy and analytics for decision support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, release, and maintain product standard costs and related SAP master data for launches or reformulations.
• Execute re-costing of materials based on BOM changes and analyze cost impacts.
• Lead Pricing and PPV processes for assigned locations with stakeholders.
• Oversee daily deliverables from third‑party service providers for pricing and accounting tasks.
• Serve as primary contact for costing and pricing escalations and resolve issues.
• Coordinate internal/external audit requirements related to costing, revenue, and volume reporting.
• Promote global standards and best practices in cost and pricing management.
• Reconcile and monitor COGS clearing accounts for timely recognition of results.
• Drive process optimization and prepare performance metrics across teams.
• Contribute as finance SME on global initiatives like S/4HANA deployments.

What You’ll Do For Us

• Prepare, release, and maintain product standard costs and related SAP master data for new product launches or reformulations for assigned plant locations, ensuring accurate and timely communication to stakeholders.
• Execute re‑costing of materials based on Bill of Material changes, analyzing cost impacts and validating results for assigned plants.
• Lead Pricing and Purchase Price Variance (PPV) processes for assigned locations, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure pricing compliance and accuracy.
• Oversee daily deliverables from third‑party service providers for pricing and accounting tasks, validating work against internal controls and corrective action standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for costing and pricing escalations, applying a broad perspective to resolve complex issues.
• Coordinate internal and external audit requirements relating to costing, revenue, and volume reporting, maintaining proper documentation and compliance standards.
• Promote consistent application of global standards and best practices in cost and pricing management, partnering with regional teams for continuous improvements.
• Reconcile and monitor Cost of Goods Sold clearing account balances for timely recognition of financial results.
• Drive process optimization by identifying opportunities for enhancement, preparing performance metrics, and facilitating alignment across teams.
• Act as finance subject‑matter contributor on global initiatives such as S/4HANA deployments and other supply chain transformations, ensuring finance requirements are effectively represented.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; equivalent practical experience accepted.
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in finance, accounting, or supply chain costing roles.
• Professional accounting designation (CIMA, ACCA, or equivalent) preferred.
• Proven proficiency in SAP or similar integrated manufacturing systems.
• Strong digital and data literacy, including the ability to leverage analytics for decision support and process efficiency.
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and manage external service provider performance.
• Demonstrated growth mindset with experience in driving process improvements and embracing transformation initiatives.
• Skilled in managing competing priorities, analyzing complex data, and applying problem‑solving to supply chain challenges.

Base Salary

Poland: 134,000 PLN to 211,000 PLN

Base Pay offered may vary depending on geography, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. a full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position is offered
