Job summary

BAM Building is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a major Carlow-based project. You will plan, organise and direct construction activities, managing resources to deliver on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring safety, quality and regulatory compliance across the project lifecycle. The role requires strong leadership, commercial acumen and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or higher in construction-related field is required.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with tier-one contractors.
• Strong understanding of health and safety, quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and direct activities for construction projects.
• Develop project plans and schedules to achieve agreed outcomes.
