Based in Sligo, the company offers a wide range of services within the Architectural, Engineering, Construction, and Operations (AECO) industry across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering or construction background with over 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Data Centre, and Semi-Conductor sectors.

The candidate will be responsible for managing client expectations and multidisciplinary teams on large-scale engineering and construction projects (client side) across Ireland, the UK, and Europe.

Responsibilities include liaising with geospatial surveying and BIM coordination teams, planning work tasks, assisting in planning and costing estimates, identifying engineering and surveying needs, ensuring site installations match 3D models, utilizing digital technologies, managing client relationships, and employing contract management principles.

Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or construction
• Over 5 years of experience in construction and engineering projects within the pharmaceutical, data centre, or semi-conductor sectors
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams on large projects
• Excellent IT, communication, and organizational skills
• Extensive experience with construction scheduling tools (P6, ASTA, MSP)
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Clean driver's license
• Primary work location: Sligo office with 1-2 days travel to client sites weekly
