Job Description

The RoleAs a Civil Engineering Graduate, you will work within multidisciplinary engineering and project delivery teams, supporting water and wastewater projects from design through construction, commissioning, completion and handover. You will work alongside experienced professionals and take on greater responsibility as your technical knowledge and practical experience develop.

Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesParticipate fully in each rotation and support the delivery of departmental, project and operational objectives.Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the business, contributing to live projects and day-to-day activities.Assist with research, analysis, reporting, record-keeping and process improvement within each assigned function.Follow all relevant health, safety, environmental, quality, sustainability, financial and organisational policies and procedures.Take ownership of your learning, maintain accurate development records and apply feedback to build your professional capabilities.

What We Are Looking ForA relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, or expected completion before the programme begins.A genuine interest in the water and wastewater industry and in contributing to sustainable infrastructure and business operations.Strong communication, teamwork, organisation and problem-solving skills.A proactive approach, willingness to learn and flexibility to work across office, site and rotation locations.Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle. Both are essential due to project locations and programme travel requirements.Previous experience gained through an internship, work placement, summer role, volunteering or university project is beneficial but not essential.
